Situated on the River Irwell, the 2.9 acre site spilt across 2 plots is on a prime waterside location in close proximity to Salford Quays and Manchester City Centre. The area is undergoing significant regeneration and our proposals will complete the transformation to a new residential neighbourhood by Exchange Quay.
