Great Western Yard

Eutopia Homes has completed the sale of Gloucester South, part of the wider Great Western Yard masterplan, to Bromford in February 2025.

The disposal of this phase paves the way for the delivery of 113 much-needed affordable homes in a prominent city centre brownfield location.

• The scheme will deliver 113 affordable homes, comprising 87 shared ownership houses and 26 apartments available for affordable rent.
• In addition to high-quality homes, the development will provide 234 secure cycle storage spaces, 125 car parking spaces, and a new children’s playground for the benefit of local residents.
• Construction of this phase is due to commence in Autumn 2025, continuing the regeneration of this strategically located site in the heart of Gloucester.
