Eutopia Homes are pleased to announce the build completion of our latest Build to Rent Scheme, Isca Gardens, for 92 residential units.
During the 2-year build program and working in partnership with Living Heritage, we have successfully transformed the previously contaminated brownfield site into a new residential community.
During the delivery of this project, we are proud to have achieved our target of Green Funding. Our carbon footprint impact has been reduced using modern and sustainable methods of construction. Following an independent carbon assessment report, the project achieved a rating of B on the LETI scale. This rating has allowed the project to benefit from the Ingenious Green Finance Framework and subsequent lower finance costs.
Consistent with our ethos, the development includes 18 affordable private rent units which have recently been launched to the market prioritising key workers who currently live in the local area and can now benefit from a 20% reduced market rental rate.
