Toby has over seventeen years’ experience within the real estate and built environment sectors, with a focus upon leading teams through the development lifecycle. At Eutopia Homes, Toby is responsible for the non-planning matters of the developments, including managing acquisition and disposal, asset management, plus technical design and delivery. To manage the developments, Toby has created a bespoke Development Control Process (DCP) which delivers the developments through Gateway stages, providing governance and fixed deliverable for RIBA work stages. As part of the site disposal management, Toby recently led the contract exchange of phase 1 and 2 of the Exmouth Junction development to Grainger plc and ilke Homes/Places4People.
Toby’s previous role was as Development Director at Pegasus Life and prior to that Senior Programme manager at Essential Living.
