Scott is the CEO of Eutopia Homes having established the business in 2017. At Eutopia Homes, Scott is responsible for funding relations, oversite of investment decisions and the strategic direction of the company. With a particular focus on both existing and new pipeline projects, Scott works closely with the team to execute project business plans and manage risk.
Scott’s previous role was at Essential Living where he served as Managing Director for 5 years helping to pioneer the growth of the build to rent sector in London.
