Since leaving university with a BA (Hons) 1st degree, James worked with a London based consultancy practice overseeing the completion of a high profile hotel in Bristol, where he coordinated the handover of finished works, ensuring that matters were delivered to the required standards and controlling the rectification of any issues.
Over the past three years, through his consultancy practice, James has been involved in renovating and refurbishing residential properties in London, Surrey and Wales. James works in the land and planning team, helping to deliver new sites to the company’s portfolio.
